These Terms of Service govern your use of the Premium Pet Paw website, online store, products, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Premium Pet Paw is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You also represent that you have given us permission to allow any minor dependents under your responsibility to use the Services on devices that you own, purchase, or manage.
To use certain Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping information.

We do not warrant that the appearance, quality, or characteristics of a product will meet your individual expectations or exactly match how the product appears in our store.

We may discontinue products at any time and may limit the quantities of products offered to any person, household, or geographic area.
3. Pet Products & Safety
Our products may include pet accessories, toys, beds, and electronics.
Our products are not food, treats, supplements, or veterinary products and are not a substitute for veterinary care.
You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your animal’s:

Age
Behavior
Individual needs
Always use products according to their instructions and applicable warnings.
Pets should be supervised when using toys and accessories. Remove and discontinue use of any product that becomes damaged.
Follow all applicable product warnings, charging instructions, and electrical safety instructions.
We do not guarantee that any product is chew-proof, escape-proof, or suitable for every animal.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Premium Pet Paw LLC may accept or decline an order for any reason.
Your order is subject to payment authorization and acceptance by us. We reserve the right not to accept an order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to cancel an order after it has been accepted.
If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided with the order.
Purchases are subject to returns or exchanges only as permitted under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
You represent that purchases are primarily for personal or household use. Commercial resale is not permitted without our prior written consent.
We sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.
5. Prices & Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged is the price in effect when your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.
Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order with no minimum purchase requirement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated separately at checkout.
We may offer promotions that are governed by separate terms. If the terms of a promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotion-specific terms will control.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information and to update that information when necessary so that we can complete your transactions and contact you.
You represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Charges submitted will be honored by your payment provider.
You will pay all posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order with no minimum purchase requirement.
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect address information, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Title to products passes to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. Risk of loss remains with us until the carrier marks the order as delivered.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, please contact us at support@premiumpetpaw.net.
We may need time to investigate the matter with the carrier. If we confirm loss or damage before delivery, we may replace the item or issue a refund, at our option.
If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact us at support@premiumpetpaw.net so we can review the available tracking information and circumstances. A reported missing package after a confirmed delivery scan does not automatically qualify for a replacement or refund, subject to applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Services and their contents—including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and the design and arrangement of our store—are owned by Premium Pet Paw LLC, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable U.S. and other intellectual-property laws.
These Terms permit you to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit materials from our Services without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use the intellectual property of Premium Pet Paw LLC, Shopify, or any third party.

Premium Pet Paw names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Premium Pet Paw LLC or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks appearing on our Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools as part of our Services.
We do not monitor or control those tools.
Third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements from us.
We are not responsible for liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Any use of such tools is at your own risk.

Premium Pet Paw is powered and hosted by Shopify, which provides the technology and infrastructure that enables us to provide our Services.
Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Premium Pet Paw LLC.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Premium Pet Paw LLC, including injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased through our store.
Shopify collects and processes information relating to your access to and use of our Services, including when you visit our store, browse products, place an order, or otherwise interact with our Shopify-powered Services.
We use Shopify services and features that may process information from your interactions with our store, Shopify, and other Shopify merchants. These services may help us and Shopify provide a more customized shopping experience, understand how customers interact with stores and advertising, improve services and store performance, prevent fraud, measure performance, and provide more relevant marketing or advertising where permitted by applicable law.

You and Premium Pet Paw LLC consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
